Terms of Service

By accessing or using SaveFy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use SaveFy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@savefy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

SaveFy provides automated financial analysis tools including transaction categorization and pattern detection; subscription and recurring charge identification; spending insights and savings recommendations; AI-powered financial analysis; and open banking connections for real-time data. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

Free tier: Basic transaction analysis with limited features. Paid plans: Additional features as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used premium features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use the Service to upload fraudulent or misleading financial data; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

SaveFy integrates with third-party services including Salt Edge for Open Banking connections and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling beyond our integration points.

You retain ownership of all financial data you provide to SaveFy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing our analysis services. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Privacy Policy

The SaveFy platform, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SaveFy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights; that the Service will identify all subscriptions or savings opportunities; uninterrupted or error-free operation; or specific financial outcomes from using our recommendations. Our analysis should supplement, not replace, professional financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveFy's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold SaveFy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Security. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bucharest, Romania, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
